Key Responsibilities:
Visit prospective customers to present company products and services (solar solutions, energy-efficient systems, waste management tech, etc.)
Develop and maintain a client base through cold calls, field visits, and local networking
Understand customer needs and provide consultation-based selling of our green energy and environmental technology solutions
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and post-sale support
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Preference: BBA, B.Sc. in Environmental Science, or Engineering)
Proven experience in field sales (renewable energy, electronics, or environmental sector preferred)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good knowledge of local geography and language
Preferred Skills:
Passion for clean energy and sustainable technology
Technical understanding of solar power systems or eco-solutions is a plus
CRM tools or basic Excel/reporting knowledge
