Job Description: Field Sales Executive

Position Title: Field Sales Executive (Electric Conduit, SWR Pipes, Rigid PVC, UPVC, Column Pipes & Casing Pipes)

Location: Naharpara, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience (Preferred): Sales Experience Preferred

Job Summary: Tejas Polymers is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive sales and business development in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Candidate with proven sales record  along with strong market knowledge and relationship-building skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and expand market share.

• Build relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and builders.

• Conduct field visits and identify new business opportunities.

• Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Promote products through demonstrations and training.

• Prepare and submit sales reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate degree (preferred: Engineering/Business Management) or diploma in sales/marketing.

• Candidates with experience in field sales for piping products will be Preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Chhattisgarh.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
