· Shall be responsible for his assigned Target and team target.

· Handle team of sales executives and their report.

· Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities

· Reach out to prospective clients via email, phone calls, and In-person Meetings.

· Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials

· Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships

· Support senior team members in sales meetings and negotiations

· Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions in CRM tools

· Stay updated on industry trends and competitors

· Daily meeting with clients and give business presentation regarding our business.

· Daily follow up with prospects.

· Must have experience in IT sales (IT Hardware sales will be preferred).

· Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

· Must have their own vehicle(Bike/Car).

· Open for Field sales, will have to go for meetings on daily basis
