About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our pharmacy management software priced at ₹999. The role involves meeting pharmacy owners, understanding their business needs, and showcasing how our software can simplify operations, increase efficiency, and boost profits.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily visits to pharmacies, medical stores, and chemists in the assigned area.
Generate leads through cold visits, references, and local networking.
Explain software features, demonstrate usage, and highlight benefits tailored to pharmacy needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for software subscriptions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect customer requirements and share feedback with the product team for continuous improvement.
Maintain sales reports, visit logs, and customer records.
Promote referral and upsell opportunities by educating customers about additional services.
Key Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate in any field preferred.
Experience: 0–3 years in field sales (FMCG, Pharma, Software, or Telecom sales preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing ability.
Strong local market knowledge and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps and software usage.
Other Requirements:
Must own a smartphone.
Two-wheeler and driving license (preferred).
