Job Summary:
Responsible for providing direct customer service and sales support to existing customers through relationship management. A customer database (Book of Relations - BoR) will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
Ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Act as the single point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
Understand customers' financial goals and offer relevant financial solutions.
Analyze competitors to provide informed advice.
Schedule daily customer appointments from the provided database.
Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
Complete licensing as per company standards.
