Key Responsibilities:
*Market Penetration & Client Acquisition:*
* Identify and visit potential buyers including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, wholesalers, and corporate offices.
* Effectively present and pitch Dakshin Coffee products to convert prospects into customers.
*Order & Delivery Management:*
* Manage the end-to-end sales process: from taking orders to ensuring timely delivery as per client requirements.
* Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure seamless product delivery.
*Relationship Management & Retention:*
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Convert new buyers into regular clients for recurring business.
*Revenue Collection*
* Ensure timely collection of payments from customers against invoices.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and collections.
*Stock & Inventory Coordination:*
* Monitor stock levels at distribution points and provide timely updates to the supply chain team.
* Ensure product availability to meet customer demand and prevent stock-outs.
*Sales Strategy & Growth:*
* Contribute to developing and executing innovative sales strategies to expand market reach.
* Provide market feedback and customer insights to the management team to help refine product offerings.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
* Should be able to communicate in Kannada
* Should have a two wheeler & DL
