We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in the commercial interiors segment, focusing on office spaces, retail, hospitality, and institutional projects. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients, and ensuring successful project conversions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial interior projects (offices, retail outlets, hotels, institutions, etc.).
Visit client sites, understand project requirements, and propose appropriate interior solutions (furniture, fixtures, partitions, flooring, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, PMCs, contractors, and corporate clients.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for quotations and timely project delivery.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and fit-out processes is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
