Job Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard local truck drivers, driver-cum-owners, and small fleet operators within the assigned area.
Pitch partnership benefits, operational process, and convert prospects into active supply partners on the platform.
Collect, verify, and upload required KYC/vendor documentation during onboarding.
Conduct field visits for partner engagement, relationship-building, and resolution of operational concerns.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and activation targets set by the team lead.
Monitor partner performance and ensure SLA adherence in coordination with the supply operations team.
Share daily reporting on prospecting, onboarding status, and market coverage with the supply manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th pass (12th or Graduate preferred).
1+ years of experience in field sales, vendor onboarding, transportation/logistics supply acquisition is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned local area with own vehicle.
Good communication and negotiation skills to engage truck operators and vendors.
Ability to work in a dynamic field environment with ownership and accountability
