Job description :

Were looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Officer to grow sales of our wheat products (Atta, Maida, Suji, Bran) in wholesale and institutional markets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in field sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to acquire new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Acquisition: Achieve sales targets, identify new customers, and manage key relationships.
Territory Management: Plan daily travel (up to 100 KM) for field visits, maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, customer trends, and market shifts to provide insights and identify opportunities.
Receivables Management: Ensure timely collections and monitor payment behavior.
