The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. You will identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

✅ Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.

✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: Freshers or up to 6 months experience

• Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively
