We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team ShinePoints. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹36000 and prospects of growth.

Location Available: Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any

area)

Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher

incentives.

Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience.

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply
Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English

Salary:

12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Incentives

Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹31,000 per month take-home) + Incentives

Transport Allowance ₹100 per day

Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment over and above the target number
