Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join Shine Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail stores owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)

Key Responsibilities:

•Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (Hyderabad).

•Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.

•Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

•Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

•Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply.

Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English.
