We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team SHINES POINT , The role requires candidates who are skilled in Communication Skills , Good at regional language and Basic English , Building customer relationships and following upon leads . Identify prospects and develop promoting strategies to drive business growth . The position offers an in-hand salary and prospects of growth .

Key responsibilities :

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)
✅ Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.
✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Job requirements :

Location: Any area in your assigned city
🏢 Work Mode: Field work, no need to come to the office daily
⏰ Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

Eligibility criteria :

✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
✔ Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply
✔ Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English

Salary:

💰 12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹19,500 per month take-home) + Incentives
💰 Graduate: ₹3.2 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Incentives
