Key Responsibilities:

• Actively visit and engage with retail store owners in your assigned area.

• Present, promote, and demonstrate the benefits of our ShinePoints Reward Points Software to potential business partners.

• Persuasively explain our no-risk offer—first month FREE, followed by just Rs.999 per annum.

• Address questions, overcome objections, and guide store owners through the sign-up and onboarding process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to foster long-term collaboration.

• Consistently meet and exceed weekly sales and outreach targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Energetic, outgoing, and confident communicators with a positive attitude.

• Previous experience in field sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are also welcome.

• Ability to quickly learn about new products and explain benefits clearly and convincingly.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to travel locally and conduct face-to-face meetings daily.
