We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join Shine Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends).

Key RESPONSIBILITIES :

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

✅ Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.

✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Job Requirements :

Theminimum qualifications for this role is 12th pass(Graduate prefer)with 0to 6months Experience.Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
