🎯 Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to spearhead our outreach to procurement teams in construction companies and manage relationships with our existing customer base.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🗓️ New Client Acquisition
Schedule 15+ qualified meetings per month with purchase managers, contractors, builders, and procurement heads.
Conduct in-person field visits across Greater Noida, YEIDA, and surrounding industrial zones.
🤝 Account Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups, delivery coordination, and reordering support.
Collect client feedback and ensure high service satisfaction.
🗃️ CRM & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in Google Sheets or CRM tools.
Submit weekly reports to the management team.
🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales (building materials, hardware, or FMCG preferred)
Strong communication in Hindi; basic English writing skills
Comfortable with field work and meeting clients face-to-face
Basic understanding of construction industry preferred.
Own two-wheeler is a mandatory.
