Accompanying clients at the property sites and briefing them about the property Discussion with clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations. Advise clients about Loan options and help them fill out the requisite paperwork to expedite the home buying proces
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
