Job Title: Sales Executive (SE) Manager/IC

Reporting to: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Job Summary:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the Industrial Retail vertical to drive sales growth and expansion in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Expand Hardware stockist network in the assigned area.
2. Ensure regular billing and stock management of area stockists/retailers.
3. Provide product detailing and training to stockists/retailers.
4. Gather competitor information and market feedback.
5. Identify new markets and outlets for business growth.
6. Address complaints and suggestions from stockists/retailers/end consumers.
7. Implement sales schemes and promotions.
8. Execute marketing campaigns and utilize POS materials.
9. Submit daily/monthly reports, sales forecasts, and expense statements.
10. Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Primary sales target achievement (100%).
2. Secondary sales target achievement (>= 50% of primary sales target).
3. Retail coverage (12-15 calls per day).
4. Sales reporting on App (100% field working).
Key Relationships:
1. Internal: HR Department, Technical Product Team.
2. External: Stockists, Retailers, End consumers.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
1. 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
