About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. You will play a key part in driving our business growth by identifying opportunities, promoting our products/services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned region

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

- Provide regular reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events as require

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a field sales representative, sales executive, or similar role

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and customer service abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus

- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area
