Job Role:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives who will be responsible for identifying potential clients, visiting them physically, pitching our digital services, and closing deals. This role involves active fieldwork and client hunting to grow our business reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local businesses, shops, startups, and service providers to pitch digital marketing services

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and local networking

• Present service offerings like SEO, Website Development, Social Media Ads, etc.

• Build strong client relationships and convert prospects into paying clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads generated, and deals closed

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for onboarding and service delivery

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Convincing and negotiation abilities

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (Training will be provided)

• Two-wheeler and Android phone must

• Ability to travel within NCR

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 Years in Sales / Marketing / Field Work

• Language: Hindi (basic English understanding preferred)
