Role Summary:
The Site Sales Executive is responsible for visiting under-construction sites daily to identify new project opportunities, meet contractors/engineers, understand material requirements, and promote company products. The role involves generating qualified leads, giving on-site product demonstrations, coordinating with the office team for quotations, and maintaining accurate daily visit reports to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily visits to construction sites (buildings, bungalows, commercial sites).
Identify new projects and gather complete site information.
Meet contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to understand material requirements.
Pitch and explain company products and solutions on-site.
