Key Responsibility
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, PMC firms, contractors, and dealers.
2. Identify and visit potential customers on-site (construction/interior sites, offices, showrooms).
3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable T-Grid ceiling solutions.
4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Provide accurate market intelligence—competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
7. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
8. Coordinate with the back-office team for quotations, order processing, and dispatches.
9. Ensure payment follow-ups and client satisfaction post-sale.
