Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our wholesale garments business. The role involves visiting retailer shops across Mysuru and up to a 100 km surrounding radius, showcasing our garments, convincing retailers to buy from us, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing and new retailers regularly in Mysuru and nearby towns (within 100 km radius).

• Showcase garment samples and explain product details, quality, and price benefits.

• Convince retailers to purchase from us and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and collect market feedback.

• Keep records of daily visits, sales orders, and retailer requirements.

• Assist in expanding our customer base and increasing repeat orders.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience (textiles/garments preferred, but not compulsory).

• Must have a valid driving licence (own 2-wheeler preferred).

• Knowledge of Mysuru city and nearby towns/areas is essential.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience).

• Performance Incentives: up to ₹10,000 per month.

• Local travel allowance as per company policy.
