We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our products in the Bihar region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting the market daily, meeting clients and influencers, generating leads, and ensuring target achievement.
Visit assigned markets within a 20 km radius daily.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Meet and build relationships with influencers (contractors, dealers, distributors, etc.).
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the Team Leader.
Conduct product demonstrations and ensure product visibility at dealer points.
Collect feedback from customers to improve product and service quality.
Maintain and update sales records regularly.
Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in field sales (Freshers are also welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel locally in assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
