We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth through field visits and direct interactions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned area to promote products/services.
Generate leads, pitch offerings, and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer needs.
Keep records of sales, collections, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support.
Represent the company in a professional manner to enhance brand image.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Marketing, Sales, or Business).
1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG, Telecom, or related sectors preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to travel extensively within Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
