Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, along with a strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. The role involves driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the brand professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers, distributors, and retail customers.

Actively approach and convince new clients to promote and sell company products.

Understand customer needs, present suitable product solutions, and handle objections confidently.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Visit market regularly to monitor competitor activities and gather market feedback.

Coordinate with the internal team for timely order processing, dispatches, and after-sales support.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market data.

Participate in product promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Marketing, Commerce, or Business).
