Job Summary:
We're seeking an aggressive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and expanding our existing merchant base. Your experience in field sales, particularly with Paytm, will help you excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new merchants to use our payment solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with existing merchants to upsell and cross-sell our products
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional targets
- Provide feedback to the product team to improve our payment solutions
Requirements:
Freshers to any years of experience in field sales, preferably with Paytm or similar fintech companies
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of the payment industry and market trends
