About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for meeting merchants, promoting our products (like QR codes, soundboxes, POS machines), and driving sales through face-to-face interactions in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit merchants and onboard them with Paytm's products and services

Explain product benefits and address merchant queries

Ensure proper KYC and documentation

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain relationships with onboarded merchants for retention and upselling

Provide feedback from the market to the team for continuous improvement

Report daily work updates to team leaders or managers

Qualifications:

10th Pass

0–2 years of field sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Familiarity with local geography and market

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Own two-wheeler and smartphone (preferred)

Skills Required:

Convincing and negotiation skills

Confidence and perseverance

Ability to work independently and in a team

Basic understanding of digital payment systems (UPI, QR, POS)
