Job Description:

We are hiring for dynamic roles like Field Sales Executive (FSE), Senior FSE, Independent Group Leader (IGL), and Special IGL at Paytm Services Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding merchants for Paytm services such as QR code, Soundbox, and EDC (swipe machines)

Daily field visits and target-based merchant acquisition

Providing after-sales support and training to merchants

Managing a team (for IGL and Special IGL roles) and ensuring team performance

Reporting daily progress to managers and updating sales data on internal portals

Required Skills:

Good communication and field sales skills

Ability to work independently or lead a team (for IGL roles)

Basic knowledge of digital payments and mobile apps

Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset

Growth Opportunities:
