This is more than just a sales job – it’s about building trust, verifying property listings, and ensuring a smooth experience for both parties.

👨‍💼 What You’ll Do:

Visit customer locations based on company-provided leads.

Interact with tenants and property owners to understand their needs and guide them through the rental process.

Verify property listings to ensure they’re genuine and up to date.

Negotiate rental agreements and ensure smooth closures.

Maintain daily visit reports and documentation.

Achieve weekly/monthly targets and earn exciting incentives.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales/client-facing roles.

Must own a bike and a valid driving license.

Comfortable traveling 50–80 km daily.

Fluent in English and Tamil.

Immediate joiners preferred (0–7 day notice period).
