🔑 Role Overview

As an FRM PIA Auditor, you’ll travel across Chennai to audit Field Relationship Managers’ (FRMs) work, ensure process compliance, and drive quality improvements.

📌 Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site audits of FRM work & ensure adherence to standards

• Meet customers & collect feedback during field visits

• Submit audit reports & highlight improvements

• Plan daily visits (2 visits if >20 km, 4 visits if <20 km)

• Collaborate with FRMs & management to improve service quality

✅ Requirements

• 6+ months of field/audit experience

• Bike & valid DL – mandatory

• Willing to travel within the city

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated & reliable
