Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert prospective leads into paying customers
Build long-term relationships with property owners, managers & PG operators
Conduct property visits and pitch offerings in person
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations
Negotiate and close deals with a solution-selling approach
Maintain sales funnel and daily updates via CRM
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine pitch and feedback loops
Represent compant inn local markets, events, and partnership activations
Requirements:
1+ years of sales experience (field sales preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Fluency in english,hindi
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in Proptech/Real Estate/SMB SaaS sales is a plus
Must own a laptop and personal two-wheeler
Comfortable with extensive on-field sales and travel within city limits
