We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Field Sales Executive – Document Pickup to assist in client documentation collection and improve customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit customers’ locations to collect required documents for loan processing (Personal, Car, Business, Gold Loans).

• Ensure proper documentation is collected in a timely and accurate manner.

• Coordinate with customers to schedule document pickup at their convenience.

• Maintain a detailed log of all customer interactions, document pickup status, and any pending documents.

• Assist in explaining the required documentation process to customers, if needed.

• Provide excellent customer service during the document collection process.

• Follow up with customers to ensure all necessary documents are submitted for loan approval.

• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi/English (Punjabi is a plus).

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Valid driver’s license and own mode of transport (preferred).

• Experience in a similar field sales or customer-facing role is a plus.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.

• Ability to follow up professionally with customers and resolve any queries related to document collection.

• Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
