We are seeking a driven and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a confident and articulate communicator with a passion for sales and a talent for building customer relationships. You will be responsible for calling potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting those leads into successful sales. ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.Answer inbound calls from customers with inquiries about products and services.Effectively explain product or service features and benefits to customers.Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Maintain and update accurate records of customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and calm manner.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and industry trends. Requirements and skillsEducation: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, business) is a plus.Experience: Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or in another sales/customer service role is often preferred.Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite is required.Problem-solving: Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
