Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
Visit clients on-site to present products/services and demonstrate their value.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Submit daily/weekly reports on field visits and sales activities.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events as needed.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and market trends.
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
High school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if required).
