We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Paytm. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22000 - ₹25000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard merchants in assigned areas by offering Paytm QR code services.

• Educate merchants about digital payments and how to accept payments via Paytm QR.

• Ensure proper documentation (KYC) and successful registration on Paytm for Business.

• Install and activate QR kits (including soundbox, standees, etc.).

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for merchant onboarding and activation.

• Provide training to merchants on using the Paytm for Business app.

• Maintain relationships with merchants to ensure continued usage.

• Collect customer feedback and escalate issues to the support team.

• Maintain reports of daily activities and share with reporting managers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
