We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through on-field client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, generating new leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Identify and visit potential clients to promote and sell company products/services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales through field visits and client meetings.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Maintain proper records of sales activities, client details, and reports.
Collaborate with the internal team for timely delivery, payment collection, and after-sales support.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events when required.
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree mandatory) in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for reporting.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
