🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Merchant Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants (local shops, retailers, vendors) to enable digital payments.

• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with business owners; be their go-to advisor on digital payment solutions.

• Product Promotion: Upsell smart devices like Smart Speakers, POS/EDC Machines, and other value-added services.

• Competitor Analysis: Track local market activity and report competitor strategies to the internal team.

• Revenue Contribution: Ensure each onboarding and upsell contributes to monthly and quarterly sales targets.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Must be a graduate (any stream).

• Minimum 1 year of B2C field sales experience (merchant acquisition, fintech products, or insurance is a plus).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Willing to work on-ground in assigned territory (walking into shops, explaining benefits, closing deals).

• Comfortable with sales targets and performance-linked metrics.
