Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives for our operations in Goa. This role involves merchant onboarding, relationship management, and promoting PhonePe's suite of payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage merchants in assigned areas

• Promote PhonePe’s value-added services (EDC, Smart Speaker, etc.)

• Build long-term merchant relationships

• Monitor competitor activity and share insights

Eligibility

• Graduate (must)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C field sales

• Must own a bike and valid driving license

• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Only local Goa-based candidates will be considered
