We are a leading channel partner and infrastructure development company in the real estate sector, working with top developers on premium residential and commercial projects. Currently engaged in a mandate project, we also oSer exposure to retail real estate in the near future. Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities for a mandate project and should be open to transitioning into retail real estate projects in the future. Key Responsibilities:
Actively manage and convert inbound/outbound leads for the mandate project. • • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients. • Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory updates, pricing, and negotiations. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain client databases and track all communication and follow-ups in CRM. • • Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competition, and project insights. Support transition and sales activities in retail projects when required. Candidate Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (mandate or retail projects preferred). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong client orientation with a proactive and target-driven approach.
• Ability to handle fieldwork and client meetings independently. • Knowledge of the North Bangalore real estate market is a strong advantage. Must be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
