A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their property requirements, and helping them buy, sell, or rent properties. The candidate must have strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and online platforms.
Identify client needs and provide suitable property options.
Conduct property showings and site visits for prospective buyers.
Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate property prices and close sales deals effectively.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, competitors, and new project launches.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team, builders, and property owners for smooth transactions.
Assist clients with documentation, agreement processes, and loan coordination (if required).
Proven experience in real estate sales preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at handling pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
