Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and connect with potential clients—agents, property managers, real estate brokerages, and developers—through networking, on‑site visits, local real estate events, door‑to‑door, and referrals.
Client Needs Assessment:
Understand pain points around listing workflows, lead management, property marketing, tenant sourcing, and data tracking.
Live Demonstrations:
Conduct on-location product demos at offices, co-working/residential sites, brokerages, and client properties—tailoring demos to address stakeholder needs.
Quote & Contract Negotiation:
Create customized proposals, negotiate pricing/licensing terms, and manage contract sign-off with finance/legal teams.
Relationship Management:
Develop long-term rapport with decision-makers—broker partners, regional managers, and agent teams—to ensure product adoption and upsell opportunities.
Territory Growth:
Execute territory plans to expand regional presence; meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for new logos, average deal size, and revenue.
Collaboration:
Work with Marketing to drive local events, webinars, and co-branded outreach.
Partner with Customer Success to ease onboarding, ensure ROI, and reduce churn.
Market Insight & Feedback Loop:
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and client priorities.
Provide feedback to Product team for feature enhancements and roadmap planning.
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field).
2+ years of field sales experience—preferably within PropTech, SaaS, real estate, or fintech.
Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem (agents, developers, brokerages, property managers).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding territory sales targets.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Self-starter mindset with exceptional time and territory management.
Comfortable with regular travel (30–50%); valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
