Field Sales Executive Responsibilities: Visit residential, commercial, and industrial sites to generate and convert leads. Understand client needs and suggest appropriate UPVC/Aluminum door and window solutions. Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, design, and project execution. Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and contractors. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report field activity to the manager. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience (preferably in building materials or home improvement products). Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
