Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through corporate tie-ups, retailer
tie-ups, and RMN (Retailer Managed Network) partnerships. The role involves meeting potential
partners, building strong business relationships, and generating sales opportunities for travel services
including holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, and other travel-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential corporates, retailers, and RMNs for business tie-ups.
Pitch company travel services (holidays, flights, hotels, visas) and onboard new partners.
Build strong B2B relationships to generate consistent business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through field sales activities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with partners to ensure business continuity and satisfaction.
Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and share feedback with management.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
Represent the company at industry networking events and exhibitions when required.

Strong knowledge of corporate sales and B2B travel partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.

Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Basic knowledge of travel industry products (holidays, flights, hotels, visas) preferred.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Qualifications &; Experience:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Travel &; Tourism.
2–4 years of experience in field sales / corporate tie-ups / B2B travel sales.
Prior experience in travel or hospitality industry will be an advantage.
