Job Responsibility
• Identify, approach, and pitch home loan products to prospective customers in assigned field/geographic areas
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, channel partners, and other sourcing channels to generate leads
• Educate customers about Home First Finance’s home loan offerings, eligibility, and documentation requirements
• Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs, resolve queries, and provide end-to-end loan processing support
• Collect, verify, and submit complete customer documentation as per compliance and credit assessment standards
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan disbursals and value
• Participate in promotional activities, loan camps, and presentations with the marketing team
• Utilize CRM systems and digital tools for lead management, tracking, and reporting
• Provide superior customer experience and ensure high satisfaction and retention rates
