We are hiring a Field Sales Executive (Haryana Tools & Tackles ) to expand our customer base in the hardware and safety tools market. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B or retail sales and a strong understanding of industrial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers, industrial clients, and construction sites to promote our products

• Pitch and sell hardware items, tools, PPE (safety gear), and other related products

• Generate leads and convert them into orders

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Follow up on payments and repeat orders

• Report daily field activity to the sales manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• 1–3 years of field sales experience. It’s a bonus point if you are experienced in hardware/safety tools sales.

• Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented
