Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team at TVS Motor. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales within the automobile industry, with a focus on commercial vehicles (3W) or the electric vehicle (EV) segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and engage with walk-in customers at the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and models.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features, specifications, and benefits.

• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

• Coordinate with internal teams for vehicle delivery, finance, and post-sales support.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
  
  Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience (preferably in automobile – CV/EV segment).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and negotiation abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
