Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals

• Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans

• Maintain and update a database of leads and follow-ups

• Develop strong market knowledge and keep up with competitors' offerings

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Represent the company at property exhibitions and events

Requirements:

3-5years of experience in real estate or field sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Ability to work independently and on the field

• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
