We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, building client relationships, and closing property deals on the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
Maintain and update a database of leads and follow-ups
Develop strong market knowledge and keep up with competitors' offerings
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Represent the company at property exhibitions and events
Requirements:
3-5years of experience in real estate or field sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and on the field
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
