Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of our corporate shuttle services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, meeting clients on-site, and closing deals with HR/admin/transport heads of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through market research, cold visits, networking, and referrals.

• Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch shuttle services to HR/Admin/Facility teams of businesses.

• Understand client requirements and suggest customized shuttle solutions.

• Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close contracts.

• Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure recurring business.

• Collaborate with operations and support teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.

• Maintain sales pipeline and report daily/weekly activity to the sales manager.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B services, logistics, or transport.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Preferred:

• Experience in employee transportation, logistics, or mobility solutions.

• Network with HR/Admin heads in industrial areas or tech parks.
