🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and business networking.

• Visit clients to understand their financial requirements and pitch suitable loan products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring smooth loan application & disbursal.

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for loan processing.

• Achieve monthly sales/disbursal targets assigned.

• Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, and MIS updates.

• Represent FinanceKaart in a professional and ethical manner.

🛠 Key Skills Required

• Strong communication & negotiation skills (Hindi & English).

• Passion for field sales and client interaction.

• Basic knowledge of loan products (training will be provided).

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate (Any stream).

• MBA/PGDM (Preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience in BFSI/Direct Sales is an added advantage.

💰 Compensation

• Fixed Salary (₹15,000 – ₹25,000) + Attractive Incentives based on loan disbursal.
